Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 fl oz Lemon Juice
    0.50 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 large Mushrooms, fresh
    0.50 small Onions, raw
    3 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Sweet peppers (bell)
    1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    2 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini
    2.5 serving Turkey, Butterball Ground Turkey 93% Lean (1 serving = 4 ounces)
    1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese .. put a piece on top of each pepper

Tips

Use one piece of cheese cut into 4 pieces. One on each pepper.


Directions

Brown the Turkey with any seasonings you want. Add the lemon juice and shredded vegetables after the turkey is browned. Season with anything you like in your cupboards. I added a little jalapeno and cilantro for flavoring. Bake @ 375 for about 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 4 Servings to stuff into Peppers
