    Iron Whey Protein (Vanilla)
    Frozen Strawberries
    Land O'Lake Vanilla Yogurt
    Golden Flax Seed
    Milk

Tips

Make sure your container for milling flax is COMPLETELY dry before milling. Flax has a tendency to cling for dear life on the sides of wet containers. Milling is the first step just for this reason! Even after your shake is finished (especially after using the blender!) it is strongly recommended to rinse and clean any and all things in contact with the flax. It will be much easier to clean if done immediately after use. Flax is so amazing for you, but it comes at a clean-up cost :)


Directions

Mill the flax seed (works great if you are using the Nutri-Bullet or any other device capable of 'milling'), blend one scoop of Iron Whey into the ground flax, add frozen strawberries, slather yogurt over top, add roughly 2 cups of milk or until blender is to desired amount, turn on blender until you can see the flax and protein mixed from the bottom...Enjoy!
