Introduction
This is something I learned to make to stretch the salmon with my family. I just had to learn to make it healthier. Of course I could have used brown rice or added vegetables but I like my veggies on the side. This is something I learned to make to stretch the salmon with my family. Ingredients

6 oz Pink Salmon (fish)
1 serving Rice, Uncle bens white rice bag (2 serv)
2 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg
.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1 tsp Onion powder
1 serving Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1 Tbsp
Directions
I use the can or uneaten salmon from left overs, I use left over rice and two eggs, sometimes one egg the onion and flavors are what you want to add. put the butter in the pan and add onions, while that is cooking drain you salmon or crumble already prepared salmon, mix it all together, then push to the side of the pan. put your already mixed eggs in the pan and scramble then mix everything together, you can add the rice or place on top.
