Ingredients

    3 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" Sweet Corn, Fresh
    .125 serving Basil Fresh Leaves 4 Cups
    1 clove Garlic
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    0.25 cup Kraft Mozzarella, Fat Free
    1.25 tbsp Canola Oil

Directions

Micro corn in husk, remove husk, cut corn off cob. Let cool. Toss with choppend tomato, onion, minced garlic, chopped basil, cheese, and oil, chill well.
