Ingredients

    30 oz Pork Chops (center cut pork loin)
    350 grams Beef sausage, fresh
    2 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice
    3 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    12 medium Carrots, raw
    250 mL Half and Half Cream
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    3 tbsp Paprika
    1 tbsp Salt

Directions

Heat oil, chop onions, stir while frying for 5 min., add pork in 2x2 cm cubes, cook for another 5 min., add sausages and carrots, cook for another 2 min., add tomatoes and let boil for 2-3 hours. Add paprika, salt, and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes 10 portions to serve w. mash, rice, quinoa, or just as is.
