Ingredients

226 gram(s) Seedless Green Grapes (10 grapes/serv - 49 grams)
8 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, fresh with skin
8 cup slices Pears, fresh
4 cherry (NLEA serving) Maraschino cherries
4 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh
4 cup Apple juice, unsweetened
Tips
Be sure to check the processing time for your area and processing method.
Directions
Wash, peal, core, and dice pears and apples. If you have peaches you can certainly put them in the mix. Bath the diced fruit in a solution of 1 gallon of water to 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice to prevent browning of the fruit.
Slice 1/2 cup of Maraschino cherries in half. Peal core and dice the fresh pineapple.
Toss the fruits together and pack into clean quart jars. Fill with apple juice leaving a 1/2 inch head space at the top to the jar. Top with a hot canning lid and ring. Process for the amount of time of the fruit that has the longest processing time for your area.
My mix processed in a boiling water bath for forty minutes.
