Ingredients

    1 Head Cabbage
    1 Cup chopped carrots
    1 Onion, Sliced
    3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
    3 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Cup Minute Rice prepared (any type of rice will do).

Directions

Slice all vegies and toss in a pan with olive oil and soy sauce. Cook until tender. Add rice and enjoy. Can use soy sauce to add more flavor if wanted.
