3 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
0.25 cup Horizon Organic 1% Milk
12 tsp Kraft Parmesan cheese, grated
0.25 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
0.33 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
0.5 cup Bread, Progresso Bread Crumbs, Garlic and Italian Herb
Tips
Place on parchment paper. The mixture is very wet so you may need to spoon on in drops. Maxes about 48 meatballs.
Directions
preheat oven to 375
prepare 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper, soak panko in milk while chopping other ingredients, mil all ingredients thouroughtly by hand, roll out 1 inch meatballs, 6 rows of 4 on each cookie sheet. bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Baste meatballs with sauce and return to oven and back for another 10 minutes
