A colorful lunch including all four of the main food groups. Packed full of protein this wrap should hold you through till dinner time, also makes and excellent post work-out snack.
This recipe can also be used with chicken as well. An excellent way of using leftover chick.

Ingredients

    -4 whole wheat tortilla wraps
    -2 cans of chunck or flaked tuna(packed in water)
    -4Tbsp. of President's Choice whipped dressing
    -1/4 C.of President's Choice 1%plain yogurt
    -1/2 Long English cucumber(diced small)
    -1/4 C. assorted colored bell peppers(diced)
    -1/4 C. green onions(chopped)
    -32gof diced Feta cheese(if you want to lower the fat and sodium content in this recipe, you may want to omit this ing. by doing so saves you 6.5g of fat and 205mg of sodium)
    -1/4 tsp. of lemon juice
    -56 g of fresh baby spinach leaves.
    -1/4 tsp. of dried oregano
    -1 tsp. No Salt Mrs. Dash
    -Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Directions:
1) Open and drain the water from the can of tuna.
2)Mix all ingredients in a medium plastic bowl except for the Feta cheese and fresh spinach leaves.
3)Divide the tuna mixture evenly between the four wraps.
4)Crumble approx. 8g.(two cubes) of feta cheese over each wrap then divide spinach leaves evenly and lay over top of the tuna mixture. Wrap and enjoy!
