Introduction

Ingredients

    .5 cup Oat Bran
    10 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)
    8 tbsp *Flax Seed
    2 tbsp Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp
    1 cup Honey
    1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .75 cup Canola Oil
    .5 cup Pumpkin seeds
    .5 cup, hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt
    1 serving Kellogg's Special K Red Berries Cereal (Crunchy Rice & Wheat Flakes w/Strawberries)
    6 serving "Great Value" Dried Mixed Berries (.25 cups)

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients together except cinnamon. Heat honey, oil and cinnamon in a pan and pour over dry mixture. Mix well. Put in a 250 degree oven and bake for 1.5 hours. Mix well every half hour. (Shallow baking pan is best). Let cool and then store in air-tight container.
