Introduction

Very delicious protein packed dinner. Very delicious protein packed dinner.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

1x 1.25lb Package Boneless, Skinless chicken breast tendorloin
2x Lipton Knorr Rice sides (Mexican Rice)
1x Can Del Monte Petite tomatoes with zesty jalepenos
    3 1/2 cups water

Directions

Cut chicken tendorloin into bite size pieces on a cutting board. Place 3 1/2 cups of water, the can of tomatoes and chicken into a large skillet. Using medium high heat bring contents to a boil. Add the two packages of rice sides and lower heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Add water if needed. The rice and tomatoes can be sub'd out with different ethnicities and flavors, this recipe is very versatile and my personal favorite. If you need low sodium then get the low sodium versions of rice and tomatoes. Makes 4 hearty bowls that will fill you up, or if you're a light weight more like 6-7, lol. Serve and enjoy!
