Ingredients

-- 2 C. Cooked Brown Rice
~ 3 oz. Chicken Breast Strips (pre-cooked)
-- 1 Celery Stalk
-- 4 Mushrooms
-- 1 Scallion (Green Onion)
-- 1/2 C. Organic Low Fat Chicken Broth
-- 1/4 C. Real Egg Product (Nulaid ReddiEgg)
-- 2 T. Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce
Directions
~First cut veggies and chicken strips into bite size pieces
~Saute Veggie and pre-cooked chicken breast strips in 1/4 C. of chicken broth
~Cook egg (you can either make it in a different pan for a fluffier egg, or just throw it in the saute mix - it does take a little longer to cook though)
~Add cooked brown rice
~Stir in remaining 1/4 C. chicken broth and 2 T. of Lite Soy Sauce
~Cook until all the liquid is absorbed
(You can add salt and pepper to taste, but it will change the sodium count)
