Ingredients

    12 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    12 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots, raw
    2 large Onions, raw
    4 clove Garlic
    24 oz Pork Tenderloin
    1 tbsp Salt
    9 tsp dry mustard powder (by ANDY99)
    9 tsp Seasoning Vegeta (3g) (by NATASHENKA2)
    4 serving Wendy's Kaiser Bun
    1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 tbsp Parsley
    1.5 cup Flour, white
    .5 cup Sour Cream
    .25 cup Flour, white

Tips

Freezes well.


Directions

Put first 8 ingredients in pot n fill just to cover. Cook until meat and veggies are tender

Remove meat and slice into 10 portions.

Dumplings

Soak buns in milk then squeeze out extra milk. Add 2 eggs, parsley and 1.5 cups of flour. Mix together and bring a pot of water to boil. Make ~ 38 dumplings and drop into boiling water. Once they float to the top they are ready to be removed.

Sauce

Remove all vegetables and purée with leftover liquid. Take sour cream add flour mix smooth. Take small portions of purée add to sour cream mixture until thin enough to add to the rest of the puréed vegetables. Serve over meat and dumplings
