    1 large can (39 oz) black beans drained
    1 c. salsa
    100 g. baby carrots
    2 T. cumin
    3 cloves garlic (or more to taste)
    1 T. olive oil
    1/2c. onion
    2 T. dried cilantro
    1 c. chicken or veg stock

Directions

Puree all in blender. Serve with chopped fresh cilantro.
