Ingredients

    Soy Flour, Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Baking Powder, Salt, Fat Free Choc. Pudding, Unsalted Butter, Low Fat Sour Cream, Sugar Free Choc. Syrup, Vanilla Extract, Large Egg, Large Egg White, Splenda

Directions

blend all ingredients, pour into a flat baking pan that has been sprayed with pam or similar cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and then check every 5 minutes for doneness. Remove to wire rack for cooling, cut into 16 squares, enjoy.
