    4 c skim milk
    4tbsp white flour
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    paprika to taste
    5 oz gorgonzola cheese crumbles
    1 c parmesan cheese shredded
    16 oz whole wheat spaghetti


This is poured over a big bowl of pasta; makes approximately 8 servings, including pasta

Cook pasta according to directions on box; when finished, drain and pour into large serving bowl.

Combine milk and flour in sauce pot and whisk together over medium to medium-high heat until mixture begins to bubble.

When mixture is bubbling, add remaining ingredients and whisk until cheese is melted.

Pour sauce over pasta in serving bowl.

    Very Good
    The part I like best about this sauce is that there is no butter. I was out of flour so I subbed corn starch.orked great. Went halfsies on the quantities because there are only 3 of us. Was a good sauce to pasta ratio. - 9/10/11

    I found it rather bland and watery... even with extra gorgonzola... I probably won't make it again, but it was definitely worth the shot. Thank you. - 7/30/08
