340 Cranberries
2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
0.33 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
32 oz Boneless Pork Loin Roast
16 tsp Guldens Spicy Brown Mustard
1 1/2 cup Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Barbeque Sauce
3/4 Catsup
Directions
Trim roast of any excess fat. Put in crockpot. Mix mustard with a tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon of garlic powder. Salt the roast sparingly. Sprinkle on black pepper to your liking. Add mustard mixture, Sweet Baby Ray's, catsup, onions and cranberries.
Cook for 3 to 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 hours on low.
Remove pork loin from crockpot, taking care to brush off any mustard or cranberries beforehand. Put on a large plate or in a bowl. Using two forks to pull into shreds.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 12, 5-oz servings
