Ingredients

    Can of each:
    Kidney Beans
    Black Beans
    Diced Tomatoes
    Tomato Sauce

    1 bell pepper
    2 sweet potatoes
    1 onion
    1 T chili poweder
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper
    2 1/2 c water

Directions

skin and cube sweet potatoes. drain beans. combine all in crock pot and cook for 6-8 hours. May also add some rice to soke up extra liquid. Can also add cubed or crumbled extra firm tofu. Each serving equals 1 cup.
