Ingredients

    1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1 1/2-2 teaspoons sugar (more or less to taste)
    1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa

Directions


Combine all ingredients.
If desired, puree in blender until smooth (not necessary, but it'll look more appetizing).
Eat.

    I added a little vanilla, some agave nectar instead of sugar. Top with fat-free cool whip for a high protein, no fat chocolate fix that reads like dark chocolate pudding! Awesome!! - 7/14/08

    Very Good
    Pretty good when you need something sweet and satisfying. I put in my magic bullet, but it wouldn't blend. Still good, tho. I will make again! - 1/23/11
