Ingredients

1.25 lb Lean ground chuck (i use hormone free, local beef)
1 can petit diced tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes with jalapenos
3 cups Pacific Organic Low Sodium Beef Broth
1 can tomato paste
1 cup salsa (i use medium)
5 TBSP dehydrated onion flakes
1 to 2 TBSP chili powder
1 to 2 t ground cumin
.5 t ground cinnamon
1 package of 10 BoarsHead Lite Skinless Beef Hot Dog
6 oz of Smoked Gouda Cheese
raw onions
mustard
Directions
Brown ground chuck and drain fat.
Add next 9 ingredients (canned tomatoes through cinnamon) and stir to blend. Cook for 1 hr on medium low to low heat.
Cut the package of hot dogs into bite size pieces and fry up in a pat of butter. Add the hot dogs to the chili and cook another 15 to 30 minutes on low.
Ladle up about 2 1/2 ladles per bowl and top with mustard, raw onions and 1oz of smoked gouda.
