Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted (cubed)
    2 cup Great Value Instant Brown Rice - 1 cup cooked (1/2 cup - 43g dry rice)
    2.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
    1 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
    2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Tips

Finely mince in food processor if you have little ones! Makes it easier to eat!


Directions

Cook chicken. Push to the side. Add 1 T of olive oil and toss in brown rice. Saute for 1 minute. Pour in broth. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer- covered for 12 minutes. Add in broccoli. Cook an additional 8 mins until rice and broccoli are tender. Stir in cheese.
