    3 medium mexican squash chopped
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 tblspoon olive oil
    3 green chiles chopped
    cayenne pepper
    salt/pepper to taste

Directions

heat oil in skillet
add garlic and onion and green chile, saute until cooked
add frozen corn and heat until cooked
add squash and cayenne pepper andcook until soft
