Introduction

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Chunky Salsa
1 lb. Lean Ground Chuck or Beef
2 tsp. dried minced onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
Cut in Strips or Frozen Mx. Grn,Yell,Red, Onion
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tbsp. Butter
1/4 c. White Wine
bag Shredded Cheese
Bun of Your Choice. I eat 'em smothered in Sauted Onions, Mx. Peppers & Mushroom's with a little Cheese sprinkled & melted on top while hot!*
Directions
In Med. bowl, combine beef, onion, salsa, salt & chili powder. (You may want to wear gloves or use storage bags to mix! Don't want "red" hands!) Shape into 4 patties-about 1 in. thick- *(or into a Loaf on broiler pan if making Meat Loaf)*.
Place burgers on pre-heated grill for 10-12 min., turning ONCE! *(oven at 375* for 30 min. for Meat Loaf)*.
*Low-Carb Sauted Vegetables-
Shredded Cheese (your choice)
(1/2 bag) of Frozen Onion, Pepper blend,
(1) can mushrooms
(1) tbsp. of Olive Oil
(1) tbsp. butter- heat oil & butter till hot, add veg. & mushrooms
(1/4 c. White Wine) after onions are tender. Saute on Low few minutes until liquid is almost gone. Serve over patties or loaf with a little (shredded cheese to taste).
