Introduction

This is an appetizer served to my family often. This is an appetizer served to my family often.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can of golden corn, drained
    1 can of cream style corn
    1 box ( 8oz) of Jiffy muffin mix
    1 cup of sour cream
    1/2 stick of butter
    1 egg

Directions

Mix all the ingrediants in a bowl thourouly. Pour the mix into a 13x9 in. pan and bake for 45 min. Let it stand for 5 mins and serve.

    Incredible!
    I constantly bring this casserole to potluck dinners and it's always a hit. I bake it for 55 minutes at 350º in a 9x9 pan instead. - 5/19/14
