6 cups black beans, canned
2 cups Water
2 cups Tomatoes, Crushed, Canned
2 teaspoons Flour
1/2 servings Spices, Crushed Red Peppers
6 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoons Fresh Oregano
1 teaspoons Cumin Seed
1 teaspoons Pepper, Black
1 teaspoons Paprika
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
8 servings Turkey Breast (Extra Lean Ground)
2 cups Chickpeas
Directions
Instructions:
1. Brown ground turey in a skillet. Drain fat.
2. Add Tomatoes and green chili
3. add water
4. add garlic powder, paprika, cumn, oregano, chili powder, black pepper mix thouroughly.
5. Cover skillet and simmer for 25-30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes
6. Uncover skillet, add four and mix through.
7. add black beans and corn, mix and let simmer uncovered 20 minutes.
