Introduction
This is a yummy summer salad with lots of crunch and sweetness. I have served it to guests at a barbeque as an appetizer salad, or eaten it for an entree lunch. Lots of protein and antioxidants! Use the pre-cooked package chicken strips in the grocery store to make it really speedy. This is a yummy summer salad with lots of crunch and sweetness.
