Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1tsp olive oil

    3 Cloves finely chopped garlic

    4 tbsp chopped white onion

    2 cups mushrooms, cleaned

    1 chili pepper, seeded and sliced

    .5 fl oz white wine, sweet

    3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

    Pinch of salt

    4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

    Flour tortillas

Directions



In a heated frying pan, over medium heat, add the olive oil, garlic and onion. Lightly fry for 2 to 3 minutes before adding the mushrooms, chili pepper and wine. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Season with salt, add cheese and serve wrapped in a warm flour tortilla.

    O.K.
    I didn't really like the taste- maybe it was the wine I chose, but it was really sweet and I just don't like sweet mushrooms. If you're into them, try this! I'm just not. Cheese helped to temper it. Might have liked it more sans wine. - 8/27/11
