Ingredients

    1/3 cup Almond Flour -
    4 Tbsp All Whites liquid egg whites
    1 Tbsp Butter, salted
    1 Tbsp whole Milk
    1/2 Tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp chocolate 100% whey protein powder
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    About 3/4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
    2 Tbsp greek Yogurt Nonfat
    2 medium (1-1/4" dia) Strawberries, fresh
    1/2 Tbsp Smuckers Sugar Free Red Raspberry Preserves
    Walden Farms Calorie free Chocolate Syrup
    1.5 Tbsp Walden Farms Marshmallow dip

Directions

Melt butter in microwave 1 minute in a mug.

Add lemon, egg white and milk to the melted butter.

In a large measuring cup, mix the dry ingredients almond flour, whey protein, cocoa, and baking soda.

Combine the dry ingredients in the mug with the above egg, lemon etc and wisk well.

Cover with a plastic bag and microwave 1 minute 30 second.

Mix 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt with 1.5 tablespoons of Walden Farms Marshmallow dip (white frosting)

Flip cake out of mug and top with frosting, drizzle with sugar free raspberry jam and Walden Farms no calorie chocolate syrup. Top with 2 fresh strawberries.

Serving Size: makes 1 personal size mug cake
