    2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2.0 dash Salt

Directions

Place oil in Pan and heat pan go med high Place oil and salt on both sides of salmon. When pan is hot place salmon skin down on pan. Cook on each side for three minutes.
