Ingredients

    1 cup Vanilla Silk Soy Milk
    1 cup Bolthouse Farms Green Goodness
    8 blueberries
    1 small banana (frozen, peeled, sliced)
    8 raw almonds
    8 blackberries
    1/2 cup coconut water with pulp
    1/2 kiwi peeled and cubed
    2 tablespoons La Yogurt lowfat vanilla yogurt
    1 tablespoon wheatgerm
    2 tablespoons Life Extension Soy Protein Concentrate
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    10 ice cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients in high speed blender.. Then add ice cubes last. Yields about 32-40 ounces.
