    1.0 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    6.0 wrapper, eggroll (7" square) Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers)
    2.0 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
    1.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    1.0 tbsp Soy Sauce
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1.0 tbsp Garlic powder


Cook chicken, cut into small pieces, add onion and garlic to chicken cook untill onions just start to turn clear add rest of veggies and soy sauce cook 5 min just to combine flavors but cabbage should still be non mushy. Add small amount to eggroll wrapper roll into eggroll use water to seal edges. Place them on baking sheat coated with cooking spray bake at 350 untill outsides start to brown
