    1 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
    1 cup Cauliflower, raw
    1 medium Carrots, raw
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    .5 cup Chick Peas
    .5 cup, cubes Squash, winter, acorn, raw
    1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    .75 cup edan organic blakc beans (by DREADNOT)
    .5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average
    4 stalk, small (5" long) Celery, raw
    1 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    .75 cup Spinach, fresh
    .5 cup, chopped Kale
