Ingredients

    3 tbsp Canola Oil
    2 tbsp. Great Value Instant Nonfat Dry Milk Powdered
    2 tbsp. Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    0.5 tsp Salt
    .25 tsp Pepper, black
    2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

This sauce is IBS friendly and can be used as a substitute to cheese sauces to add flavor to vegetables, rice, or pasta.


Directions

Heat oil and stir in flour until beginning to brown. Add salt and pepper and stir well. Dissolve the dry milk in the water and add to the browned mixture. Stir until thickened.
