    .25 cup Safflower Oil, oleic
    .5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2 tsp vanilla
    16 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    4 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
    2 serving Optinum Nutrition Whey Gold Vanilla Protein (by LAURENLKLEIN)
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    3 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    .25 tsp Allspice
    5 tbsp Stevia Blend for Baking (by AUDMKAMP)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet ingredients until frothy. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in shredded zucchini. Pour into muffin tin and bake for 25min
