Ingredients

2 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked
4 serving cheese, Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend (1 oz or 1/4 cup)
5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
1 cup Simply Kraft Cottage Cheese 4%
Tips
A couple of notes:
1) You can choose any cheese you like. For this, I think the Italian cheese blend complements the broccoli nicely.
2) You can cook your broccoli however you would like. I always sauté it with a little olive oil and add salt and pepper to the broccoli instead of to the other ingredients.
3) You can also sub out for other veggies/meats
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
In a bowl, combine eggs and cottage cheese until blended. Add in shredded cheese and broccoli. Pour into greased pie plate and bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
