289 grams Parmesan Cheese, grated
103 gram(s) Shop Rite Italian Styles Bread Crumbs
133 grams Egg, fresh, whole, raw
21 grams Salt
2.5 cup Prego 3 Cheese
9 serving Prego Spaghetti Sauce (1/2 cup)
35 grams Parmesan Cheese, hard
Directions
1- Combine chopped onions, ground meat, 3 eggs, bread crumbs, grated parmesan, salt, and pepper. Do not over mix.
2- Shape into 38 meat balls.
3- Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 100C.
4- Coat baking tray with non-stick spray.
5- Place meat balls on baking tray, cook meatballs at 200C for 20 minutes.
6- Remove meat balls from baking tray and add to a pot on the stove.
7- Add the Prego sauces, and the parmesan cheese rind (35gm) to pot.
8- Cook for 10 minutes. Remove and serve inside rolls, with spaghetti or by themselves
