    1.75 cup Ricotta cheese Frigo part skum
    3.5 serving frozen cut spinach stalbush 1/2 cup = 1 serving
    2.0 serving tomato basil pasta sauce full circle 1 serv=1/2 cup
    1.0 serving Egg white, large
    0.25 cup Italian blend cheese organics

Directions

Cook shells Mix everything else together Stuff shells Bake at 350 for 20 mins Remove foil, top with mozzarella, cook another 5 minutes
