Ingredients

    2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Salt, Sifto Table Salt (by FAREWELLBC)
    4 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce
    12 tbsp Honey, Billybee (Canada) (by HANNAHBOBANA)
    2 serving Egg, Large Whole Raw, Fresh (by CHUCKLES0719)
    1 serving Banana, fresh 1 small 6" to 6 7/8"

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan.
In a large bowl mix flour, baking soda & salt together.
In a separate bowl mix applesauce & honey together. Stir in eggs and bananas until fully blended. Stir banana mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Pour into loaf pan.
Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool for 10 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack.
