Ingredients

    1.25 cup Egg White--All Whites 100% liquid egg whites
    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    4 oz Cheese Feta Crumbled President 1 oz (28g) = 70 cals 1 inch cube
    .75 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    0.50 cup Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz)
    2 clove Garlic
    5 cup Spinach, fresh

Directions

Pre heat oven to 375. Grease a 9 inch round pan with cooking spray. in a skillet over med high heat, Sauté pepper, onion, and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes, add spinach and cook unto spinach wilts. Beat eggs and egg whites, add salt and pepper to taste. Mix crumbled feta into eggs. Pour vegetable into cake pan and spread out evenly in the bottom. Pour egg mixture over vegetables and bake 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set
