4 serving Grain-Buckwheat Groat (1/4cup) (by SUGAMAMA1516)
1 cup Pumpkin seeds
8 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
4 tbsp Ginger, ground
4 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
4 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions
Mix all of the above and store in glass jar
Measure 2 Tablespoons per serving into a bowl and cover with hot water for 5 minutes
