Introduction

THIS IS A LOW FAT AND TASTY TUNA SALAD. It has HALF THE FAT IN THE DRESSING THAN SP HAS AS A CHOICE! THIS IS A LOW FAT AND TASTY TUNA SALAD. It has HALF THE FAT IN THE DRESSING THAN SP HAS AS A CHOICE!

Ingredients

    4- 6 oz cans of tuna in water
    4 hard boiled eggs
    2 celery sticks (Diced)
    1/2 small onion (Diced) add more if you like
    4 tbsp Kraft miracle whip light dressing
    THIS dressing ACTUALLY has 20 cal, and 1.5 g fat per tbsp) HALF OF WHAT IS LISTED!
    1 tsp of salt (garlic pepper salt, or Mrs. Dash) or season to taste

Directions

1. Boil 4 eggs until hard boiled, while they cook...
2. Open 4 -6oz cans of tuna, drain, then empty it into a bowl.
3. Dice 2 celery sticks and or(dice 1/2 small onion for tang) and add to tuna
4. add 4 tbsp of kraft light miracle whip dressing
5.sprinkle in salt and season to taste
6. stir and serve with crackers, bread or celery sticks OR WHATEVER YOU LIKE!
Makes at least 6 1/2- 1 cup servings.
Great for sandwiches too! Sara Lee Delightful bread has 90 cal/1 g fat per 2 slices. Looooove it!
