Ingredients

    1000 grams Flour, white
    1.4 ounce Yeast, bakers
    250 mL Water, tap
    10 1tsp Olive Oil
    2 dash Salt
    300 grams Goat Cheese, Soft
    3 cup, shredded Cabbage, fresh
    30 grams Granulated Sugar
    100 mL Milk, 3.25%

Tips

it is delicious, but it takes a lot of time to prepare it!!!


Directions

prepare the yeast : the yeast covered in sugar, 1 tbsp flour and lukewarm milk and let it grow in a warm place for 20 minutes
prepare the dough: flour and yeast mixed with lukewarm water, salt and olive oil mix until the dough looks really smooth and fine. let it grow 1-2 hours in a warm place
in the meantime prepare the cheese: cheese with a dash of salt and 2 whipped eggs (optional) and some yogurt. when you prepare the pie, put 1-2 tbsp of this mixture in the pie and then seal it and fry it in a pan with a lot of sunflower oil (it should reach to the middle of your pie)
prepare the cabbage: the shredded cabbage will be fried in some oil with salt and pepper, until it is soft. stuff the pie with 2-3 tbsp of cabbage, then seal the pie and fry it in sunflower oil (it should reach to the middle of your pie)
