Ingredients

    .25 serving Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt (Vanilla)
    .25 cup mild, almond, Silk PureAlmond (by LEATHERB)
    1 tbsp Chia Seeds Nature's Earthly Choice
    .25 serving Log Cabin Sugar Free Syrup
    .05 tbsp Almond Butter
    0.25 oz Walnuts
    .25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    0.25 extra small (less than 6" long) Banana, fresh
    .05 serving Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.

Tips

you can add sweetener or sugar or more maple sugar it is up to you. You can add any other nut or omit it. make sure to leave in fridge over night.


Directions

add all ingredients in a mason jar or Tupperware shake refrigerate overnight open top with more walnuts and eat.
