Introduction

This is a Faux couscous/rice (cauliflower) stir fry with Madras sauce for a nice kick side dish. This is a Faux couscous/rice (cauliflower) stir fry with Madras sauce for a nice kick side dish.

Ingredients

    340 gram Broccoli Slaw (Presidents Choice) - One bag
    1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2- Peppers, sweet, red, diced
    0.5 large Onions, raw - diced
    350 grams Cauliflower, cooked
    0.15 cup Patak's Madras Sauce

Directions

1. Reduce the Cauliflower in food processor to Couscous size. Dice the onion and pepper. Set aside.
2. Spay Pan and roast onion and broccoli slaw. Add the pepper and the cauliflower.
3. Add the Sauce last - about 2 min before veggies are cook to your liking.
