Ingredients

    2lbs Ground beef
    12 lasagna noodle
    2 cup Ricotta Cheese
    1 cup Kraft Italian 5 cheese blend
    1/2 c shredded parmesean cheese
    2 jars Bertolli Alfredo Sauce

Tips

You can use any type of alfredo sauce. Mushroom alfredo would be good. I didn't season the beef or anything with this recipe. You can also garnish with homemade bacon bits.


Directions

Cook ground beef until cooked through. Drain grease and rinse off. mix with one jar of Bertolli Alfredo Sauce. Mix half of the ricotta cheese with half of the shredded Italian 5 cheese blend. In 7qt oval crock pot, place a thin layer of alfredo sauce. Place raw, uncooked lasagna noodles broken to fit on top of initial layer of sauce. Place half of the ground beef alfredo sauce mix as next layer and even out. Then place another layer of noodles, cheese mix, meat and noodles as Continue layers of meat cheese and noodles as desired. Cook in crockpot on high for 4 hrs until noodles are soft. Allow lasagna 30 mins to cool and set. Divide into 12 pieces and serve warm.
