Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/3 c. Honey
    3 Tbsp. Orange Juice, low or no sugar added!
    1 Tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 Tsp. Worcestershire
    2 Tsp. Onion Powder
    1/4 Tsp. Dried Tarragon
    3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    8- Thin cut Pork Chops

    Tools Needed: Ziploc Bags, grill or *oven-bake in shallow pan.

Directions

Place honey, juice, vinegar, worcestershire,onion powder, tarragon & mustard in Large Ziploc Bag(freezer version is best). Mix ingredients well by agitating the bag (squish it *LOL). Score side of Pork Chops PRIOR to placing in bag (to keep chops from curliing!) Marinate in Frig for at least 2 Hrs.

PreHeat grill or Oven to 325*, grill for 6-8 min. or oven bake for 35 min. Discard marinade, do NOT use to baste!

    Always love a low carb option. Thanks. I'm not a fan of tarragon but I'm going to try this recipe with a substitution. - 6/26/08

    Really the tarragon isn't noticeable to me, but its supposed to have great health benefits.
