Ingredients

    1.0 cup Milk, 1%
    1.0 tsp Salt
    0.5 cup Canola Oil
    0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    1.5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.75 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1.33 cup Granulated Sugar
    4.5 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.25 cup Flour, white
    0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    2.0 serving Amaretto, 1 fl. oz.
    4.0 serving Amaretto, 1 fl. oz.
    2.0 serving Market Pantry Large eggs
    2.0 tsp almond extract

Directions

Reserve 4.5 teaspoons sugar and 4 ounces Amaretto for the glaze. Mix remaining cake ingredients. Pour into prepared (spray with baking spray) bundt pan. Batter will be thin! Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes. When cake is done (leave in pan), heat 4.5 tsp sugar and 4 oz.amaretto in saucepan. Boil for about 5 minutes, until reduced to 1/4 cup. Brush glaze on bottom of cake, then remove from pan onto plate. Brush remaining glaze on top of cake. Serving Size: 16 slices
