Introduction

Homemade Pizza is so much better for you than the take-out. You are able to control what is put on it. I used white flour because I have not found a recipe for whole wheat that I like. Ingredients

    3 cup Flour, white
3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 ounce Yeast, bakers
1.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
2 serving Salt, substitute: Morton, Salt Substitute, 1/4 tsp (1.2g)/serving
    5 serving LaRosa's Pizza Sauce (57 g)
2 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded
1 serving Hormel Pepperoni (15 Pepperoni)
6 link (raw dimensions: 4" long Pork Sausage
4 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
5 serving Bacon, Oscar Meyer Turkey Bacon (1 slice)

Directions

Place yeast (2 1/4 t.) in a tall glass with a 1 cup hot water and sugar. Allow to rise 10 min. or so.
Meanwhile, place flour and salt in bowl and blend. When yeast is ready add to flour mix with oil. Turn mixer on speed 1 or mix with a fork by hand. At this point more water may be needed to get the dough elastic. Place in bowl sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place atlease 1 hour. ( I use a small portable heater.)
Roll dough out on floured surface in the shape your cookie sheet. Place dough on cookie sheet and manipulate the dough to fit. Poke it with a fork to prevent air pockets when baking. Place in a preheated 450 oven. Bake for 5 min. Add the remaining toppings and bake approx. 12-15 min,
