Ingredients

    2 tbsp Cocoa powder - Hershey's Special Dark
    26 gram(s) Designer Whey Protein - 100 Good for you Calories 100% Whey Protein Powder - 1 scoop (26 grams)
    .5 cup Milk, 1%
    4 oz Creamed Cottage Cheese
    .12 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 tsp Splenda Sugar Substitute (by CEDLIN623)
    .5 extra small (less than 6" long Banana, fresh
    .5 cup, unthawed Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened

Tips

The more ice you use the thicker the resulting smoothie. the use of unfrozen fruit makes the resulting smoothie thinner.


Directions

1. Freeze bananas and strawberries
2. Place all ingredients into a blender and mix on smoothie setting for 30 seconds.
3. Add 3 ice cubes or what you want for your consistency. Then mix on smoothie setting for 30 more seconds.

Serving Size: Makes about 16 ounces.
