Ingredients

    48 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast)
    1 serving Simply Orange, Calcium Fortified Orange Juice, 8 fl oz
    15 tbsp Cooking Wine, White (by 16HEATHER)
    0.25 cup Lime Juice
    1 tsp Cumin, ground Spice (by YOGICHAR)
    1 tbsp Oregano, ground
    10 cloves Garlic
    1 tsp Mediterranean Sea Salt (by: Spice Islands) (by RYANMCLELLANSR)

Directions

Marinade:
Mix together Orange juice
Wine
Lime juice
Oregano
and Cumin

Make about 5 slits on each side of the roast
insert the cloves into the slits and then rub the salt all over the roast.
Marinade over night and try to flip the meat every few hours.
Remove roast from marinade

Preheat oven to 350 degress
Place covered in oven for 5-6 hours, remove and baste several times during the process.
Remove from oven and sprinkle a dash of chopped parsley for color

Serve with Rice and Black beans or Boiled Yuca, spoon the juice over meat and yucca
